By using the BarberSlot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BarberSlot is an online booking management platform for barbers and hairdressers. The service allows professionals to:

• Manage online customer bookings
• Configure working hours and services offered
• Receive automatic booking notifications
• View statistics and reports

3. Alpha Phase

BarberSlot is currently in Alpha phase. This means:

• The service is under active development and bugs or interruptions may occur
• Features may change without notice
• We ask you to report any issues encountered
• Alpha users (first 100) get: Starter free forever, 50% off Pro & Business forever

4. Account and Registration

To use BarberSlot you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access
• Be of legal age or have the consent of a legal guardian

5. Permitted Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate and professional purposes
• Not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use the service to send spam or unwanted communications

6. Customer Data

You are responsible for your customers' data that you enter in BarberSlot. You agree to:

• Obtain consent from your customers for collecting their data
• Comply with privacy regulations (GDPR)
• Not use data for purposes other than booking management

7. Payments and Subscriptions

During the Alpha phase, the Starter plan is free. For paid plans:

• Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to BarberSlot (software, design, trademarks, content) are our exclusive property. Copying, modifying, or distributing parts of the service is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

BarberSlot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for specific purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to technical causes
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions
• Actions of third parties

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
